Munising High School Spanish 2 Students engaged in a cultural food preparation project in class today as part of their preparation for a class trip to Costa Rica in March. The students all created different cuisines and invited staff to come in and sample the food and rate the different dishes on taste and authenticity. Although the students competed against each other, fun and learning was had by all and some staff members may have even put on a pound or two. The cost of their class trip to Costa Rica is significant, so any community individuals that would like to donate to help defray the costs of this great learning experience can contact mike.travis@mps-up.com for instructions as to how to contribute.
